Eddie CHAN
Founder/Managing Director
Eddie Chan is one of the founding partners. He oversees our tax, corporate secretarial and China business advisory services and, in 1994, established our Japan business advisory desk, one of the first Japan-specific divisions in our industry in Hong Kong.
Eddie is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has served as a member of the HKICPA Investigation Panel B since January 2004 until December 2011 and the Disciplinary Panel B since January 2014 until August 2021.
Dennis CHUNG
Founder / Managing Director
Dennis Chung is one of the founding partners.
Dennis is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
He was the president of the Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians (2004 to 2005), a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers’ Registration Board (2006 to 2012), the honorary treasurer of the Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service, a member of the Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service Governing Committee (2007 to 2014), a member of the Vocational Training Council’s Accountancy Training Board (2004 to 2007 and 2011 to 2015), a member of the HKICPA Examination Committee (1999 to 2006), and a member of the HKICPA Investigation Panel (2014 to 2022).
Eddie WONG
Director of Assurance Services
Eddie Wong serves as an audit partner at CWCC, performing audits of small and medium-sized enterprises, non-profit making organizations, and multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries. He also handles initial public offerings and financial due diligence reviews for clients in Hong Kong and China. He joined CWCC in 1995 after leaving an international accounting firm.
Eddie is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
Yan WONG
Director of Non-Assurance Services
Yan Wong is the director of non-assurance services at CWCC, where she offers taxation and advisory services focused on Hong Kong, Mainland China, and cross-border transactions. Her areas of expertise include advising clients on cross-border transactions, developing optimal structures for various purposes, providing guidance on market entry and exit strategies, and assisting clients in navigating interactions with authorities such as tax, customs, and foreign exchange. Yan joined CWCC in 2002 after her tenure at an international accounting firm.
She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Yukio SASAKI
Director
Yukio Sasaki has been promoting Hong Kong and mainland China to the Japan community as the Head of Investment Promotion (Japan) of Invest Hong Kong. Throughout the time he worked for Invest Hong Kong, he has been working closely with Japanese counterparts such as banks and government bodies. Other than his hometown, he also has working experience overseas, including Mexico, Canada and Hong Kong. He speaks English, Spanish and of course Japanese.
With his global exposure and extensive experience in the professional fields of legal and accounting, he definitely understands our international clients’ needs and the best solutions to the problems. Like what he used to be, we are sure that he will be one of our best advisors for your operations in Hong Kong and the mainland China.
John LO
Principal, Assurance Services
John Lo serves as an audit principal at CWCC, performing audits of small and medium-sized enterprises and multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries. He joined CWCC in 2011.
John is a fellow member of the CPA Australia and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
Geoffrey LEE
Manager, Consulting & Tax Services
Geoffrey LEE is the Manager of the Consulting and Tax Service Department at CWCC. He focuses on providing taxation services to both multinational and local corporations.
He has been involved in various aspects of corporate tax services including compliance, corporate consultancy, tax audit and advises clients in various industries on tax efficiency planning. He joined CWCC in 2022 after his tenure at a Big 4 firm and has experience in commercial sector.
He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certificate Public Accountants (HKICPA).
Steve FENG
Audit Partner (Mainland China)
Steve Feng is one of the two founding partners of Shenzhen Jianhua Certified Public Accountants. Steve is a practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), a member of the China Certified Tax Agents Association and holds a Chinese legal professional qualification. He primarily oversees corporate audits, tax advisory services, and internal control improvements. Steve has in-depth expertise in tax issues related to corporate restructuring and private equity investment funds. With over ten years of experience in auditing and tax consulting, he has provided audit and tax advisory services to numerous Fortune 500 companies.
David ZHU
Manager, China Business Advisory
David Zhu is the Manager of CWCC’s China Business Advisory Department, having joined CWCC in 2005. He specializes in providing comprehensive business services for foreign-invested entities, covering all stages from establishment to ongoing operations. Specifically, his service covers company incorporation, registration changes, and post-registration procedures (e.g. seal engraving, bank account opening, tax/SAFE/customs registrations, etc.); work/residence visa application for foreign employees & families; HR services and outsourcing; business investment consulting; contract drafting and review; labor dispute resolution; intellectual property registration; and mergers/acquisitions services.
Additionally, he is dedicated to providing accounting & tax services for foreign-invested enterprises and representative offices. He has been involved in tax projects related to cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, tax investigations, financial and tax compliance reviews, and tax liquidation.
